Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using IdeasGo. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and IdeasGo. If you have questions, contact us at legal@ideasgo.dev.
1. Agreement to terms
Acceptance
By accessing or using IdeasGo at ideasgo.dev (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of IdeasGo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use IdeasGo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Permitted use
IdeasGo is provided for legitimate business research, idea validation, and planning purposes. You may use the Service to generate reports, analyse market data, and inform business decisions.
Prohibited use
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models; (c) resell or redistribute AI-generated reports without written permission; (d) submit false, misleading, or harmful content; (e) attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls; or (f) use automated scrapers or bots against the Service.
3. User accounts
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ideasgo.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise IdeasGo to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Free tier
IdeasGo offers a free tier with limited usage. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
IdeasGo IP
The IdeasGo platform, brand, software, and underlying AI models are owned by IdeasGo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of the business ideas and information you submit to IdeasGo. By submitting content, you grant IdeasGo a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Generated reports
AI-generated reports are provided to you for your personal and commercial use. You may share, distribute, or use reports in your business activities. You may not resell or sublicense reports as a standalone product.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
As-is service
IdeasGo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Not financial advice
Reports generated by IdeasGo are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant business or financial decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeasGo's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid IdeasGo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusion of damages
IdeasGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
By you
You may stop using IdeasGo and delete your account at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription is governed by Section 4.
By IdeasGo
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where practicable. Upon termination, your access to the Service and your data will be subject to our data retention policy.
9. Governing law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@ideasgo.dev and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
